Using acrylic paint, explore different brush strokes to capture the delicate nature of blossom. Learn how to use composition, scale and colour to create an A4 size painting on canvas or superior quality paper that you can take home.

KINGFISHER

WOODLAND LANDSCAPE
Using mixed media including acrylic paint, crayons, pastels, and inks, experiment with mark making, create texture, and capture the mood of a beautiful woodland. Have fun creating a piece of original art for your wall or as a gift for someone elses!

SEASONAL EASTER WREATH
Come and make a loose foraged style wreath perfect for spring as well as having allyear round appeal.
Learn how to loosely construct a timeless piece for your wall or door, using mostly dried flowers and twiggy branches. Learn wiring techniques, how to apply moss and most important of all have some fun!

Come and learn how to make the simplest flowers look stylish using different sizes and shapes of vases. Learn how to use foraged greenery, and create for yourself a contemporary loose arrangement of beautiful spring blooms to take home.

Friday April 19 11-1pm
IKEBANA STYLE ARRANGING
Join me and create an Ikebana Style arrangement in a container to take home.
We will be inspired by the Japanese art of flower arranging, creating a piece that is specifically composed of less flowers and foliage for more style and impact.
When creating we will concentrate on the feeling that we want to evoke from the piece and of course take it home and share its beauty.
All materials, and refreshments included.

The venue for the workshops is 21 Coldfall Avenue, London, N10 1HS
Parking is free in Coldfall Avenue and easy to find a space. (the street is a school street which means that you can’t enter it between 2.30pm - 4pm… but leaving the street is fine…. so no problems there)
Local underground stations are East Finchley and Highgate with accessible bus links.
